Layers Roll is a hypercasual game designed to be easily played and put down, perfect for a 10-minute break! With minimalist yet colorful graphics, responsive controls and being accessible through a web browser, it’s a good game to just mindlessly roll away your problems with.

Prismata
Prismata isn’t exactly a card game, nor is it an economy management game or even a real-time strategy title—it’s its own genre. If you’re into strategy and commanding, then Lunarch Studios’ game is what you need.


Gridogram
Gridogram is a cool word puzzle that will remind you of some games you’re familiar with. What makes it both fun and challenging is the quote you’re trying to piece together, and the other words you form can be used as hints. Neat!


I Don’t Know What to Say is a word game for people who love synonyms and thesauri. This tool/game is for improving the recall of common words and sprucing up one’s vocabulary. However, be warned that the tool/game uses an unknown source, so some definitions can be hard to hit!


Plussed is a great combination of a word game and sudoku. You have to spell five words in five rows, but these rows fall into color-coded sections, and you can’t repeat letters within those sections. Challenging yet easy to understand, give it a go when you can!

For last week’s trivia, the answer is the late Masaya Nakamura! He was the founder of Namco, the video game company behind Pac-Man. Pac-Man was released in the early 1980s, along with other Namco titles. This was also known to be the golden age of arcade machines.
