Chess is for squares, or so they used to say.

Not anymore, as everyone and their grandma are playing chess on any device they can! Thanks to streamers and modern social media, it’s now considered very cool to play chess. While this is cool and all, chess is a classic game of pattern recognition, so more experienced players end up beating you because they’re either long-time players or are just talented with the game.

When that happens, ask for a rematch in Really Bad Chess. Let’s see them do that Mate In 4 when you have five queens on your side of the board. Mwuhahaha!

Nothing to Say

The year continues on, and so do our beloved video games. As we go further and further into the years, games will continue to entertain, captivate and evolve. Every generation has their era-defining games, what do you think will be the poster game of the new generation?

Funnily, Jim Lee, the president, publisher and CCO of DC Comics, had this to say about video games :

“The video game market is huge, and the ability to tell different kinds of stories in the gaming space is quickly evolving and changing for the better.”
