Making the memes of your dreams
Love ‘em or hate ‘em, memes are now intertwined with current-era trends and social interactions.
Games and memes are so intertwined with one another that they create their own subcultures and even exclusive linguistics. Even our website’s name is influenced by the meme-gaming culture! So regardless of what you feel about the nigh-gibberish terms in the “brainrot trend” like “skibidi rizz baby gronk fanum tax” stuff that the youth keep spouting these days, memes are here to stay.
You don’t need to get on with the brainrot to have fun with memes; there’s always a meme for somebody, as memes are for everybody. Many family-friendly and generally encompassing memes work for a wide range of demographics, so we gotta ask… What Do You Meme?
If a meme board game isn’t your tea but you still want to meme with your friends, then Make It Meme is the party game you’re looking for. We had a fun interview with its creator too, so check it out!

Five game insights we think will pique your interest!

Before we proceed, how well do you know meme culture? If you’re unsure, then here’s a very basic quiz to know how “in” you are with modern meme-ing!

Everybody knows the classic Trolley Dilemma. There’s always a mixed bag of answers that have varying justifications, but… what if there was a meme game dedicated to making the worst and funniest moral choices in it?

Cats and memes go hand in hand, and there are countless trends and fads influenced by cats. Bongo Cat is one of the more classic examples of why cat memes always go viral, and there’s a fun little music game about it that you can play.

Do you love Minesweeper? Do you love memes? Oh, you’re going to love this. You know Morbius right? The hilariously bad DC movie that spawned so many good memes that even its lead actor jumped on the trend? Yeah, there’s a game based on it that will make you scream, “IT’S MORBIN’ TIME!!!”

It’s a common trend to see older generations voicing out gripes about the younger generation, and it’s more prevalent when it comes to memes. But people tend to overlook that memes are more than just images that make fun of something or confuse those who don’t understand it—they’re a testament to humanity’s creativity and their ability to gamify and comedify even the most serious of topics.
Surprisingly, even great scientific minds like Richard Dawkins, a British evolutionary biologist, zoologist and author, have something to say about memes:
“Instead of mutating by random change and spreading by a form of Darwinian selection, internet memes are altered deliberately by human creativity.”
