A belated Happy 4th of July!

Have you ever heard of the wacky, over-the-top game called Metal Wolf Chaos?

Made by one of the most well-known game studios nowadays, FROM SOFTWARE, Metal Wolf Chaos is an old game that puts you in the shoes of U.S. President Michael Wilson, who pilots a giant mech armed with giant guns to fight the bad guys trying to take down the nation.

If that’s too chaotic for you, you can always tone it down and relax with our games. A quick Crosswordle here and a tart helping of Squeezy there keep the mind sharp and happy daily.

If you’re thinking of very old American-themed video games, you’d probably think of Oregon Trail. However, we have something far more patriotic that we think is criminally underrated and, unfortunately, now lost to time—Liberty or Death.

The title alone stokes patriotism, and it’s a game that’s centered around the American Continental Army and was played on the NES, PC and Sega Genesis.

You know what else screams American? Baseball! Interestingly, back in 2019, Google created a baseball event that you could play on your browser. There were baseball doodles using food you’d see in a baseball game, like hotdogs, pizza and corn on the cob. Check out the baseball cards they made!

Speaking of food, we all know that everyone will probably have a nice barbecue and grill some juicy meat. But a great meal wouldn’t be complete without a nice dessert! It may be a bit late coming from us, but we truly hope that you enjoyed the 4th of July with your friends and family. Achieving American independence was a very challenging time in the past, and we have to honor and celebrate the contributions and sacrifices our forefathers made to let us enjoy the freedom we now enjoy.

Just like those before us, when faced with seemingly insurmountable challenges, never stop fighting to achieve what you hope for. This still holds true in our current era, where video games are now a significant part of our daily lives.
